Environmental Migration

In the debate on the consequences of climate change, attention increasingly focuses on the link between climate change and conflict. We are studying the channel of migration, and in particular, whether climatic changes lead to migration, and whether climate-induced migration causes conflict. Empirically, the research uses survey data from developing countries around the world, including Bangladesh, Kenya, and Vietnam.
